Sadhana Yoga Retreat's two-day/two-night package leaves our guests feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.  It combines massage, yoga, meditation, and steam bath throughout the day.  A perfect treat to the body and mind, our Ayurvedic massage therapies treat the whole body using oil, as oiling of the body is very important.

Package Details

Yoga and massages are complementary to each other.  This package combines massage, yoga, meditation and steam bath throughout the day which will be a perfect treat to the body and mind leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

 

Ayurvedic therapy is based on Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine using many herbal medicines along with oils, which we apply to the entire body to enhance the impact of this particular treatment.

 

Massage treats the whole body through touch: physically, mentally, and emotionally.  In Ayurveda, oiling of the body is very important.
