Fasting is a natural way of detoxifying the body. A combination of Yoga meditation and fasting for three days is one of the easiest and safest way of detoxifying the mind and body at Sadhana Yoga Retreat Centre. Participants will take part in all daily activities including yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises) during three days of fasting.
Fasting Schedule
Participants will follow this schedule of fasting to intensify the cleansing of the entire body:

Day 1 of Fasting: Regular yoga and meditation practice; begins fasting with six apples (two for breakfast, two for lunch, two for dinner), and four cups of honey and lemon water with each meal.

Day 2 of Fasting: Regular yoga and meditation practice; fasting with three apples (one for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner), and four cups of honey and lemon water with each meal.

Day 3 of Fasting: Regular yoga and meditation practice, four cups of juice.
