A Day at Sadhana
Daily routine including arrival, regular retreat days, and departure.
Living in Tune with Natural Circadian Cycles
In Ayurvedic science, a consistent daily routine (*Dinacharya*) regulates biological doshas, calms the central nervous system, and opens the gates to effortless meditative concentration. Every activity at Sadhana is intentionally scheduled to honor your body's natural energy peaks.

Three wholesome, organic vegetarian/vegan meals are served daily, prepared fresh using garden produce and Ayurvedic herbs to nourish your practice and digestive fire (*Agni*).
