Looking to reconnect with the Earth? Join us at Sadhana yoga retreat, where we live by the rhythms of nature. Our project is a 100% chemical-free permaculture haven dedicated to soil health and soul health. If you’re looking for a quiet, meditative environment to learn gardening, seed saving and sustainable living, your hands belong in our soil. Trade a few hours of mindful work for fresh organic food, deep quiet and a community that cares for the planet as much as you do.

Sadhana Yoga Retreat currently offers two volunteer retreat packages tailored to travelers looking to save money while still having a transformative experience. In exchange for their time and energy, guests receive free or discounted accommodation, delicious vegetarian meals, and access to our world-class yoga and meditation facilities. Guests will also have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make a positive difference in the lives of the local community.
Both retreat packages last four days and volunteers may choose from the three different dates below every month as these align with their schedule. Guests in either of these programs are welcome to extend their stay subject to availability, needs of Sadhana Yoga Retreat, and mutually agreed upon volunteer activities.

The retreat typically offers two primary paths for volunteers, both requiring few hours of contribution per day:
Half-Price Retreat: You receive a 50% discount on the standard retreat package (including yoga, meditation and vegetarian meals) in exchange for your work.
Cost: 50% of standard retreat package.

Work Exchange: (For a month)
For a minimal charge of $10 per day, you receive accommodation and three vegetarian meals while supporting daily operations.
Cost: USD$300 (Paid on arrival and Not refundable)

Daily Volunteer Schedule
Welcome to the team! To keep our project running smoothly and mindfully, please follow the daily routine below:
Time Activity
8:30 AM Community Breakfast - Gather at the centre to fuel up for the day.
9:00 AM Departure - We head out together to the Silent Yoga Retreat project site.
9:40 AM Morning Session - Work begins on-site.
1:00 PM Lunch Break - Time to eat, rest and recharge.
2:00 PM Afternoon Session - Work resumes.
4:00 PM Winter Wrap-up - Project ends for the day (Winter Schedule).
4:30 PM Summer Wrap-up - Project ends for the day (Summer Schedule).
