Our non-residential one-day Yoga and Meditation programme offers a peaceful opportunity to step away from daily stress and reconnect with yourself. The day includes gentle yoga, meditation, pranayama, and cleansing kriya practices, supported by nourishing meals and relaxing mud or steam therapy. Held in a warm and caring atmosphere at one of Pokhara’s oldest yoga retreats, this experience provides a simple yet meaningful reset for both body and mind.

Our non-residential one-day Yoga and Meditation programme is designed as a refreshing full-day experience to help you pause, reconnect, and restore balance. Guests arrive at 7 AM and spend the day immersed in gentle yoga, meditation, pranayama, and simple kriya practices that support both physical relaxation and mental clarity.

The programme also includes nourishing meals along with a calming mud or steam bath to deepen the sense of recovery and grounding. Held in a warm, welcoming environment at one of Pokhara’s oldest yoga retreats, this day retreat offers a meaningful opportunity to step away from routine and depart at 7 PM feeling lighter, calmer, and re-energized.

DAY ROUTINE

  • 6:30 AM:   Arrival at Retreat.

  • 7:00 AM:   Tea

  • 7:30 AM:   Pranayama / Reflexology / Neti Kriya

  • 8:30 AM:   Morning Yoga

  • 10:00 AM:   Breakfast

  • 10:30 AM:   Steam or Mudbath

  • 12:00 PM:   Afternoon Meditation

  • 1:00 PM:   Lunch

  • TILL 4:00 PM:   Rest Time ( MASSAGE AVAILABLE ON REQ $25 ONLY

  • 4:00 PM:   Tea and Popcorn

  • 5:00 PM:   Nature Walk / Stretching / Freetime

  • 5:45 PM:   Evening Yoga

  • 7:00 PM:   Dinner

  • 8:00 PM:   Departure

  • No smoking, alcohol, or intoxicants allowed anywhere within the retreat premises.

  • Guests must remain inside the retreat after 8 PM to maintain safety and silence.

  • Respect silence and mindful communication, especially during meditation and designated quiet hours.

  • Participation in scheduled sessions is encouraged to support personal growth and group harmony.

  • Respect the retreat space, staff, and fellow guests by maintaining cleanliness and conscious behavior.
