about this programme

At Sadhana Yoga Retreat, our two-day, two-night retreat is created as a gentle pause from the busyness of daily life — a space where your body can relax, your mind can slow down, and your energy can naturally restore itself. This short yet meaningful stay focuses on simple healing practices that support deep recovery without overwhelming the body.
Each day begins with slow, mindful yoga and simple stretches designed for all levels. These gentle movements help release stiffness, improve circulation, and allow the body to soften gradually. Rather than pushing into intensity, the sessions emphasize awareness, breath, and comfort — helping guests reconnect with their bodies in a safe and nurturing way. Even small stretches, when practiced with presence, can create a powerful sense of lightness and ease.
Meditation sessions are woven throughout the retreat to calm mental noise and create inner clarity. In the quiet natural environment, guests often find that relaxation happens effortlessly. The combination of movement and stillness supports emotional balance and helps release accumulated stress and fatigue.
Recovery is further supported through Ayurvedic oil massage and steam therapy. Warm herbal oils nourish the muscles and joints while encouraging deep relaxation of the nervous system. The steam bath complements this process by improving circulation, supporting detoxification, and leaving the body feeling open, refreshed, and renewed.
A vital part of the experience is the wholesome, nourishing food served at the retreat. Meals are simple, sattvic, and prepared with care using fresh ingredients that are gentle on digestion. The food is not only nourishing for the body but also grounding for the mind, allowing guests to feel energized without heaviness. Many guests notice improved digestion, better sleep, and a natural sense of balance simply from eating clean, mindful meals in a peaceful environment.
This retreat is not about doing more — it is about allowing yourself to rest, stretch gently, eat well, and recover naturally. Whether you arrive feeling physically tired, mentally overwhelmed, or simply in need of a reset, the experience offers a supportive space to recharge and return home feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply cared for.
