Package Details

This is an excellent introduction to the principles of Hatha Yoga. You will learn many pre-asana (pre-posture) practices and more than 20 different asanas (postures) and breathing techniques. You will also have the chance to experience yogic cleansing and achieve a deep state of relaxation through meditation.

This is one of the tailor-made courses especially for trekkers, though anyone is free to attend.  Trekkers can come to Sadhana Yoga Retreat prior to their trek to stretch and strengthen their muscles and joints, learn breathing exercises to help with acclimatization, and prepare mentally for the trek ahead by strengthening and focusing the mind through yoga and meditation practices.

Sadhana Yoga is also a great place to come after trekking to unwind the whole body.  Steam baths, mud baths, and muscle and joint stretches are wonderful ways to relax and soothe the stresses and strain your muscles and joints will have endured.
