Seven days at Sadhana Yoga Retreat is ideal for those who are seeking a spiritually uplifting experience, looking to increase their physical fitness, achieving clarity of the mind, ditching any addictions you may have, overcoming fatigue and losing a few unwanted pounds.
This retreat package will prepare you for a life of yoga and positive psychological well being. You will learn and practice over 30 different Asanas (postures) and many breathing techniques (Pranayama) combined with yogic cleansing and deep relaxation. Don’t worry, you do not have to be an expert in Yoga or Meditation to join this program; this is for anyone who wants to be here and is willing to give their best effort. We will never push you to do too much; you go at your own pace.
