Trained by his uncle Asanga, a renowned yoga teacher in Nepal, Kaushal underwent professional education in Rishikesh, India, where he became a certified yoga instructor.

He has since conducted yoga workshops in Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.  These experiences have helped him add a unique flavor to his teaching style as he honed his expertise in yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yogic cleansing.

Today, Kaushal boasts nearly 15 years of dedicated experience in developing and leading yoga programmes that support his guests' journey toward holistic well-being.  Lauded for his ability to bring a global perspective to the ancient practice of yoga, Kaushal's vibrant teaching style and humble energy are sure to spark an interest on the part of his students to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery.
