What To Expect

While on retreat at Sadhana Yoga, you can expect an activity-packed routine of guided yoga including postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), and extended sessions of meditation and yogic cleansing.  The retreat also combines full boarding with organic and Ayurvedic meals.  Please see below and also kindly review our reservation procedures page for more details .

Hatha Yoga

Yoga practice with a focus on different styles of yogic poses or asanas occur in the morning and in the evening for one and a half hour each.

Meditation

​We practice ancient meditation techniques or japa with experienced guides three times a day.

Steam Bath

Our guests enjoy regular steam baths during their stay to loosen their stiff joints, improve circulation, and help rev up their cardiovascular system.

Cold Spring Water Plunges

Both of Sadhana Yoga Retreat's silent contemplation packages include cold spring water plunges in our infinity pool.

All Meals

​60%-70% organic vegetarian Ayurvedic breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with filtered water, milk or herbal tea, and a farewell breakfast on departure day.

Fasting and Detox

A focus on cleansing the body and mind through fasting and kriyas alongside yoga practice.
